Pricing, all of it

£500
Once, to build it
  • Up to five pages, written and designed for your business
  • Mobile-first design, tested on real devices
  • Basic SEO optimisation — titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap
  • Click-to-call, email links, opening hours, maps
  • UK GDPR compliance built in
  • First year of hosting, domain and care included
  • No deposit — you pay after you've seen the finished site
£120/year
From year two
  • Your domain, registered and renewed in your name
  • Fast, secure hosting — no separate bills, ever
  • SSL certificate, renewed automatically forever
  • Backups of every version — anything broken is rolled back in minutes
  • Uptime monitoring — problems spotted before you notice
  • Small content changes, done within two working days
  • One simple Direct Debit, cancel with a month's notice

That's £740 over three years. The same three years on a DIY builder typically costs more — and you build it yourself. If you stop paying, nothing sinister happens: you get your site's files and your domain, and we part ways.

Your three options, honestly

Everyone selling websites has an angle. Here's the whole picture — including mine.

Do it yourself

Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy
£200–£400/yr forever
  • Plans look cheap until you add a domain, remove the ads, and connect email
  • Costs you evenings and weekends you could bill to customers
  • Template sites load slowly and rank poorly
  • Over three years: usually £600–£1,200, plus your time

An agency

Or a freelancer with agency prices
£1,500–£5,000 + retainer
  • Excellent work, built for businesses with marketing budgets
  • Care plans from £50–£150 a month
  • Overkill for a business that needs five good pages
  • Over three years: £3,000 and up

Tell me about your business

One email is enough to start — what you do, where you are, and whether you've already got a website. You'll get a straight answer about whether I can help, and what it would cost. No obligation, no follow-up pestering.
