Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
In summary: this website sets no cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and collects only anonymous, aggregate visit statistics. If you contact us by email, your address and message are retained solely for the purpose of responding. The remainder of this page sets that out in full.
Who operates this site
This website, azimuthal.xyz, is operated by Azimuthal Solutions, based in Italy. For any matter relating to this policy or to your personal data, contact [email protected].
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of any kind — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no cookies described as "essential". No consent banner is displayed because none is required. Fonts are served directly from this site rather than from third-party services.
Visit statistics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused measurement service. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, and does not identify or profile individual visitors. It records aggregate information only — such as the number of page views, the referring website, country, and browser type — so that we can understand how the site is used. Further detail is available in Cloudflare's own description of the service.
Data processed when you visit
As with any website, the hosting infrastructure that delivers these pages briefly processes your IP address in order to serve them. This processing takes place on a legitimate-interest basis. Standard server logs may be retained by the hosting provider for a short period for security purposes, such as identifying and blocking attacks. These logs are not used to identify visitors.
If you contact us
If you contact us by email, we will hold your email address and the contents of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not added to any mailing list, shared with third parties, or sold. Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, or any engagement arising from it, and is then deleted.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Given the limited data described above, this will in practice normally concern email correspondence; the rights apply regardless. Requests can be made to [email protected] and will be handled directly.
Complaints
If you believe your personal data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali. We would welcome the opportunity to resolve any concern directly first.
Changes to this policy
Should this site ever collect more than is described here — through analytics, contact forms, or anything involving cookies — this policy will be updated beforehand, and the date shown above will be revised accordingly.
